1. What we collect

The basics: your name, email, the photos you upload, your design choices, and payment info (which Stripe handles, not us).

2. What we do with it

We use your info to make your designs, process your order, and email you about it. That's it. We don't sell your data to anyone.

3. Your photos

Your photos are stored on encrypted cloud storage and only used to generate your designs. We don't share them with anyone else.

4. AI processing

When you upload a photo, it gets sent through our AI to create your design. The AI doesn't keep your image after it's done.

5. Payments

Stripe handles all payment processing. We never see or store your credit card number.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies (cart, login, currency preferences) that are always active. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and conversion pixels (Meta, Google Ads) to understand site usage and measure advertising effectiveness. You can manage your cookie preferences via the consent banner shown on your first visit. No tracking cookies are set until you consent.

7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CDPA)

Depending on where you live, you have the right to: access your personal data, request deletion of your data, opt out of the sale of personal information (we don't sell it), withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time, and request a copy of your data in a portable format. California residents: under the CCPA/CDPA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. EU/EEA residents: under the GDPR, we process data based on your consent (analytics) and contractual necessity (order fulfillment). 8. How long we keep your data

We keep your designs and order history so you can reorder later. Want us to delete everything? Just ask.
